Administration Fee
This is a fixed cost fee that can cover a variety of works depending on the individual circumstances of each tenancy, including but not limited to conducting viewings, negotiating the tenancy, verifying references and drawing up contracts. Deposit for a long let tenancy Equivalent up to five weeks' rent
Holding Deposit

Capped at equivalent of one weeks rent of the property.

Holding deposits are reservations for the property and are only refundable if the landlord decides not to proceed with the tenancy.

If you fail to declare any important relevant information at the time of placing the holding deposit or fail to move in then the holding deposit may be held by Options Estate Agents.
